We had a fantastic time exploring the stunning grounds, and the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight for the kids! The staff were incredibly friendly, and we enjoyed a lovely meal in the on-site restaurant. Plus, we brought our small dog along, which made the stay even better.
In my wife’s opinion, the lack of a designated play area was a drawback for families with children.

Had a great time with friends! We visited Jasper and Lake Louise, both were stunning and provided amazing photo ops. The hotel was clean and offered great service. The beds were super comfy, ensuring a restful night after our adventures. Definitely recommend for a group getaway.
I faced an issue with my breakfast order. it took ages and was not cooked properly. It dampened the experience a bit, especially after a long wait.

It was just a decent option for a lightning trip in Banff with value for money. The mixed grill I had was excellent, and they adapted a dish for my coeliac daughter smoothly. Keep an eye out for meal options if you have dietary restrictions.

Had a blast with friends during our stay! We tried fishing in the area and loved the fresh fish served at dinner. The hotel staff were super friendly, and we enjoyed hanging out by the cozy fireplace. The weekend turned out to be a memorable escape with plenty of good food and great vibes.
Our room was nice, but I found it odd that there weren’t any grab bars in the shower. It felt a bit unsafe, especially when the surface was slippery. We made it work, but it could be improved for guest safety.
